I signed up for it for staff and their families to ease their financial burden coming into the winter. I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be the first person to avail of it. 30 seconds to book an appointment for two hrs later, and there were abundant appointments available. When I booked I received a text confirmation and a pre-l0 minute alert, eased me into my consultation with a doctor.

Very attentive, asked all the right questions, correct diagnosis all within 5 minutes. One would think it difficult for Doctor and Patient  to work, over a phone call, but I felt as confident as if I was sitting in front of my G.P. of 30 years. A follow-up text to confirm that the prescription was dispatched to my local chemist. All this done from my office and at no cost!"

I went online and made an appointment which we got within a couple of hours.  I got a link to log in online 10 minutes before the appointment. As soon as I logged in the doctor came on.  The doctor asked the standard personal questions for myself and my son. 
He asked what the ailment was and we explained that Senan had been sick during the night and had come out in a rash on his face. As soon as the rash was mentioned he asked to see the rash. We had to send on a couple of photos for him to see them properly. On seeing the pictures, he asked if we had performed the glass test. We hadn’t at that stage and on performing the test the rash didn’t disappear. He immediately said to go straight to Holles Street Hospital to get checked out for viral meningitis.

A referral letter was awaiting us when we got there. He was very professional and to the point, but also mindful not to alarm my 14-year-old son. I was very happy with the speediness and professionalism of the service.
